June 8th - 10th 2026 – Kibangu Ruge English Medium School successfully organized an educational study tour to the historic Isimila Stone Age Site and the Chief Mkwawa Museum in Kalenga, Iringa. The tour provided students with a valuable opportunity to explore Tanzania's rich history, culture, and archaeological heritage through hands-on learning. By connecting classroom lessons with real-world experiences, the visit enhanced students' understanding of history while inspiring curiosity, critical thinking, and a deeper appreciation of their national heritage.
